I also get all my car servicing done here, if there is something extra that needs repairing they will always call and advise of the issue, they will not fix it and surprise you when you go to collect your car.

The kindness, professionalism and workmanship of the team at Jax Tyres & Auto at Mitchelton is 10every time. The staff member welcomed me when I arrived and inspected my vehicle to assessed what was required. He politely explained what my vehicle required in a simple to understand manner and made recommendations to assist me to get more even wear on my tyres and make them last longer in the future. They rotated and aligned and balanced the tyres and checked every gutting thoroughly. They even provided the correct PSI for inflation based on my vehicle and the passengers I carry. All this information not only reduces the need for replacing the tyres so quickly but ensures that the tyres are maintained correctly and therefore keeps my precious cargo (The Family) safe. Knowing I was collecting after hours an invoice was sent through and I was able to secure pay with ease and the staff even went above and beyond by parking my vehicle under the lights for me. Thank you 🙏 The professional, experienced team provided expert advice, outstanding service and quality workmanship at an extremely good value for money price point whilst providing a level of good old fashioned customer service that is very hard to find these days.

I rang for some help after my whole wheel was stolen off my car, he offered to order in the nuts for my spare which were received in an hour. He then also offered advice to add in the anti theft nuts. Once I purchased a new tyre, I called to get a wheel alignment done where I waited less than an hour in a busy workshop. He also did my husbands car the next morning. Thank you again after a very few upsetting days this type of service really lifts the spirits again.

I had a great experience with Jax Tyres on Samford Road Mitchelton. Friends, please go there. You put your rego number into their website and the choices of tyres for that vehicle come up. Our prices were the best we could find anywhere. You book and pay online. When I arrived all the staff I encountered greeted me courteously and even called me a taxi. The vehicle was tyred (lol), balanced and aligned in just over 2 hours. The whole process was very impressive.

Yes, however manufacturers' recommendations are always the best and safest option to ensure your vehicle is performing at optimal levels. Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture. Your account information can be updated by logging into your myJAX account at the top of the page and accessing your my account page.
To log in click the “myJAX” button at the top of the page which will direct you to the myJAX page. From there select ”LOGIN” button at the bottom of the page. If you have yet to create an account you will need to register first.

To store a vehicle in your account you must be logged in to access your my account page. Vehicles can then be added and edited using the vehicle management section in the left hand side menu bar.
At this time JAX Tyres & Auto does not sell all our available services online. If you would like additional work added to your booking please let the store know, preferably before your booking time and they can accommodate your request.
