I forgot Monday was the labour day holiday as I work 7 days per week in real estate.Anthony was the only Tyre company manager who not only guaranteed and confirmed delivery of my required tyres, he gave me a fair price and would have the correct tyres in stock ready to fit Saturday morning 8 am. I walked in and Anthony greeted me with my "Black coffee with one" Please guy's get a coffee machine or pods ! I initially went to a different Jax to start with , I absolutely felt like that I was 'putting someone out' by asking about the pay for 3 and get the 4th for free deal that was ending that night. Almost went to a totally different brand all together. I drove for an additional 20 minutes to Jax Biggera Waters, the guys here were polar opposites of the 1st Jax store. They greeted me with a smile when I walked in, I asked about the deal that was going on, was all explained to me and that they could fit me in next day but I had to pay then and there to secure the pricing. Now have 4 new tyres, front and rear alignment and very happy. These guys know what customer service is about, great pricing also. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service at Jax, I had a puncture in my tyre and came in just before the store closed on a Saturday, the staff were more than happy to assist me still. When I picked up my car on Monday after the tyre was put back on I was pleased to see the staff had gone above and beyond and cleaned all 4 wheels and applied tyre shine, though a simple gesture and nothing I would’ve expected, I was quite impressed by that, Thank you!

Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
